A plain-language walkthrough of daily carrier billing, what auto-renewal means for your Ooredoo balance, and exactly how to stop anytime.

What "daily carrier billing" actually means

When you subscribe to Docufy, you are not entering a card number or setting up a bank transfer. Instead, the charge comes directly from your Ooredoo mobile balance — the same balance you use to make calls or purchase data. This is carrier billing, and it is the simplest way to pay for a subscription on a mobile device.

The charge is OMR 0.315 per day, with 5% VAT already included in that amount. It renews automatically each day as long as your subscription remains active. There is no weekly or monthly commitment — the contract runs day by day, which means you are never locked in for more than one day at a time.

Auto-renewal: what it means in practice

Auto-renewal is what keeps your access uninterrupted. Each day, Docufy checks whether you are still subscribed. If you are, OMR 0.315 is deducted from your Ooredoo balance and you continue to have access to games, the daily horoscope, fitness content and exclusive offers.

If your Ooredoo balance is too low to cover the charge, access may be paused until the balance is replenished or you choose to cancel. There is no credit extended — only what is on your balance is used.

How to cancel: one text message

Cancellation is straightforward. Send the text message UNSUB DTD to 92562 from the mobile number used to subscribe. That is all that is required — no calls, no online forms, no waiting on hold.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing day. You will not be charged for the following day, and access to the content will end at that point. No partial refund is issued for the day already paid, unless required by applicable law.

A note on data charges

The OMR 0.315 daily subscription charge covers your access to Docufy content. It does not include any data traffic your device uses while browsing the service. Standard Ooredoo data rates apply to the mobile data consumed while using the service. If you are on a data plan, this is typically covered — but if you are on a limited data balance, browsing content will draw from that balance separately.
